WG Real Estate Services was established in 1999 as a full service real estate
company serving the Arlington / Mansfield / Grand Prairie and surrounding
areas. "Services" is a big part of the company´s name as each client is provided
individual attention to meet their special needs whether they are a first time buyer,
move-up seller/buyer, investor, financially distressed homeowner or a bank with
properties to market. WG provides top notch marketing for sellers with proven
results. With it becoming common knowledge that the majority of home buyers are

Teresa Roten... Broker/Owner, Teresa has seen a lot of changes in the real estate industry since being licensed in 1979. As a member of NRBA (National REO Brokers Association) Teresa is an REO Specialist and has worked closely with banks to sell over 500 of their foreclosed properties. She is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert using her expertise to help homeowners in financial distress avoid foreclosure.

Dwayne Roten, Broker Associate, joined WG Real Estate Services in January 2002 after graduating from University of Texas at Arlington with a BA degree in Marketing. As a Texas state licensed real estate broker, he enjoys being both the Webmaster and Marketing Manager overseeing all promotional programs for WG. He also has knowledge and experience in construction and remodeling. He can help you enhance the value of your existing home before a sale or find the hidden potential in a property you are considering for purchase.

Dwayne is currently specializing in distressed properties and short sales helping homeowners avoid foreclosure. After being raised in a "real estate family" he is certainly knowledgeable and ready to serve the real estate needs of his clients.

Teri Rios, Texas licensed sales associate, joined WG Real Estate in April 2006. Teri comes to us from the new home industry where she has worked for over 18 years assisting buyers in finding just the right home for their families. With her in-depth knowledge of local home builders and the construction process she is more than a Real Estate Consultant; she is a New Home Specialist! Teri is a caring professional who can help you make the right buying decision whether you´re a first time buyer or have bought a home before. She will carefully explain your options and walk you through the sometimes complex real estate process. Whether you want a new home, pre-owned, foreclosure or a "fixer upper " Teri wants to represent you! The seller has representation-shouldn't you?
